- Drawings: Many of our clients come to us with layouts already prepared. Working with our own architect, we can also draw up plans based on your specifications and have it certified by a structural engineer.
- Review: We review every detail of the plan with you. This is your chance to tell us of any changes you want to make to the design.
- Approvals: Plans require building approval from the appropriate Shire before construction can start. This details the extent of work to be completed.
- Construction: Once the plans are approved, the construction process can finally begin. We only use quality materials and trustworthy tradespeople to ensure high standards with each project.
