There is only one word that can describe this home: Extravagant.

The layout includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Beautiful open areas give breathtaking views of the surrounding coastal areas while allowing plenty of natural light in. Marble benchtops are used in the kitchen which then seamlessly flows into the main living areas.

Polished concrete ground floors with blackbutt timber floors upstairs give an overall impressive look to the home. Extensive cabinetry was built and installed throughout the whole house as well as built-in robes for the bedrooms. Other additions include a built in BBQ and a gas flame fireplace with a jade stone feature wall.

The ducted air conditioning system offers the perfect solution for precise temperature control for the entire home. A lift was also put in for disabled access from the driveway to the upstairs.

The house was built on a steep block of land so large quantities of rock had to be excavated out of the site. Leading up to the home is the driveway paved with exposed aggregate. The addition of Toodyay stone feature walls gives a more luxurious look to the exterior.

This home won the 2010 MBA Bankwest award for Excellence in Concrete and was a finalist for the Contract Homes award in the $1.5 million to $2 million range.
