Every single aspect of the Dyson House was completely renovated. Each area was carefully considered right down to the landscaping of the home. The result is a modern and timeless design that exudes luxury from every angle.
Starting from the interior, part of the floors were completely replaced which had to marry in with the existing granite. Custom made granite tiles now grace the floors, delivering a more natural and high-end look that is incredibly durable. Bedrooms were outfitted with custom cabinets and walk-in robes to maximise storage.
Custom vanities were also built for the bathrooms to match the luxurious interior of the home. Another addition includes a bar complete with a cocktail cabinet and ample storage space. New custom made aluminium commercial window and doors were fitted out to all the new areas. Renovations to the interior deliver a seamless experience.
Renovations on the exterior are just as comprehensive and luxurious.
Extensive landscaping work was done which includes the addition of waterfalls, bridges, driveways, and ponds. Garden lighting was also added for a more decorative touch around the property. Privacy screens provide extra privacy without compromising on aesthetics.
The driveways and pathways were all paved with exposed aggregate for extra durability and style. Additional stone work to the home includes travertine paving tiles around the entire pool. The final result is absolutely stunning with no details left to chance.
The Dyson House was a finalist of the 2015 MBA award for home renovations over $1 million.
